5. ambulance/taxi charges
6. home to facility (emergencies such as ante-partum hemorrhage and eclampsia)
7. facility to facility transfer for further management
8. maternal medical conditions:
9. pre-eclampsia and eclampsia
10. hypertension in pregnancy
11. anemia in pregnancy
12. diabetes in pregnancy
13. cardiac disease in pregnancy
14. bad obstetric history
15. sickle cell disease in pregnancy
16. ante-partum hemorrhage
17. post-partum hemorrhage
18. puerperal sepsis
19. ectopic pregnancies
20. incomplete abortion
21. prevention of mother to child HIV-AIDS transmission in pregnancy and treatment of opportunistic infections
22. post-delivery care
23. family planning.
